Throughout Dan’s career, he’s enjoyed working side-by-side with talented people, guiding high-growth start-ups and established FTSE 250 companies alike through complex changes, always looking for ways to turn challenges into exciting opportunities. 

With extensive operational leadership experience at both D and C level, and holding multiple jurisdictional personal licenses, Dan has spent over ten years in senior decision-making roles, thriving on bringing out the best in teams, solving tough problems, and making sure to never lose sight of what matters most—people and results.  

Working in the Gambling sector since 2014, Dan’s journey has taken him through military, engineering, digital, financial, service, and tech sectors, embracing the ethos that regardless of the end product, strong relationships and a collaborative approach are key to lasting success.
