Josh brings more than a decade of betting and gaming compliance experience across UK and international markets. His expertise spans regulatory compliance, licensing, anti-money laundering, safer gambling and operational compliance.

Having held senior compliance and MLRO roles, Josh has extensive experience guiding businesses through regulatory change, strengthening compliance frameworks and preparing operators for market entry, regulatory assessments and emerging requirements.

Josh’s particular strength lies in seeing the bigger operational picture - understanding how the different elements of compliance connect and work in practice. Pragmatic, risk-based and commercially minded, he helps businesses develop proportionate solutions that are not only effective, but operationally workable.

Josh holds the ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and is a Certified EU GDPR Practitioner.
